Important Note

• In order to schedule an appointment you MUST provide credit card information to reserve an appointment
• There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a charge of the regular price of the service.

Appointments 

We recommend that you arrive 10 mins before your scheduled appointment so that you can receive full service and our other clients are not inconvenienced. 

Cancellations 

We request a reservation by credit card and a 24 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. No-shows may result in a charge to the credit card for the missed service appointment. We will try to accommodate late arrivals but these may result in a shortened time appointment. 

Products and Services

We accept all major credit cards. Apple Pay, Android Pay, Service are non-refundable. Unopened products may be exchanged for store credit within 15 days of purchase with receipt. 

Gratuity

Tipping is appreciated!Please base your gratuity on 15% to 20% of the regular price of the service. 

Spa Recommendations

Many treatments require the removal of jewelry. we regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of the personal articles. Please keep all valuables with your during your appointment. For the protection of your clothing. we also ask that you wear a robe that is provided. 

For your Safety and Comfort

In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene we sterilize and sanitize equipment for all treatment. For your health smoking is not allowed in our salon. If you feel you would be more comfortable to better served buy another staff member, please let us know.

Beginning January 1st, 2018, LanYa Day Spa will start implementing a cancellation fee on appointments that cancelled without prior notice.

Spa service cancellation notifications that are given:

• At least 12 hours  prior to scheduled appointments will receive no charges.
• Less than 12 hours  prior to scheduled appointments will result in a 25% charge of the reserved spa service price.
• Failure to show up for scheduled appointments will result in a 100% charge of the reserved spa service price.

Guests who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled spa service but will receive an abbreviated prorated service **. However, depending on the availability of spa service, guests who arrive late may be able to reschedule their spa services at later time.

** Prorated service: if s guest scheduled a 1-hour spa service and arrived 15 minutes for their spa service. the guest will be charged for that 1-hour spa service but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that spa service including consultation and changing time.
